About Pam:
I’m Pam — an educator-turned-operator who has spent nearly two decades working in kids-based businesses.
Over the past 18 years as an educator, 9 years running kids’ parties and events, and 7 years owning and operating a toy store. I’ve built, tested, and refined kids’ party and event offerings in the real world — balancing pricing decisions, staffing, space constraints, customer expectations, and family life along the way. I’ve seen firsthand how kids’ parties can be an incredible revenue stream — and how quickly they can become exhausting, underpriced, and unsustainable without the right structure.
This work exists because too many small business owners are told to “just book more” or “add another theme,” when what they really need is clear offers, confident pricing, defined boundaries, and systems that don’t rely on the owner for everything.
